Mica stirrer cover (roof liner) for Sanyo EMC1901 commercial microwave ovens.

The white plastic 'frame' that holds this is not supplied and is no longer available from Sanyo.
The stirrer cover fits into the top of the microwave. The ceiling plate or grease shield protects the stirrer above from contamination from food debris. the cover stirrer also protects the stirrer from damage.
