Ideal if the locating tabs have broken rather than replacing both frame and insert.

This is just the frame that holds the white cover. 

The stirrer cover fits into the top of the microwave. The ceiling plate or grease shield protects the stirrer above from contamination from food debris. the cover stirrer also protects the stirrer from damage.
