Ceramic shelf to fit in the MIDDLE of Panasonic gastronorm sized commercial microwave ovens.
Dimensions: 540 mm x 330 mm with silicone rubber seals ready fitted.
This shelf is NOT suitable for fitting in the base of the oven.
Usually made of ceramic, the base plate or shelf sits in the bottom of a commercial microwave. The oven tray or assembly tray is sometimes called the ceramic shelf and is usually supplied with the seal already fitted.
